Although recruitment is our core business, regardless of what job you do and your own personal situation, I believe we all need a bit of outside inspiration from time to time.

10 Steps to a Healthy & Fulfilled Life

Read. Allow yourself a short time each day to self-improvement reading
Fitness. Exercise for 30 mins every day
Connections. Hang out with successful people.
Goals. Keep focused. Passion makes work fun and gives you energy to overcome mistakes and failures.
Routine. Keep some things consistent. (Wake up time, eating times, exercise times, and bed time)
Income. Create 3 ways of earning money and keep them constantly active.
Mentors. Find at least two and keep in touch at least monthly.
Positivity. Listen to your thoughts and tip the balance back if they sound negative.
Help Others. Pick someone to help each month. And do it for free. You’ll feel so much better yourself.
Feedback. Seek it constantly and learn from it.
