No. While our Classic Guardian requires a landline telephone connection, we offer another home-based medical alert device, Home Guardian, and two mobile products, Mobile Guardian and Active Guardian, that use AT&T’s nationwide cellular network to contact our 24/7 monitoring center at no extra cost to you.
