What to do if "I" think I might have cancer?

Hey everyone. I'm not sure what to do here. The first thing is that I've been experiencing some symptoms and I'm scared I might have some type of colorectal cancer. I mean I've been using google and many things come up but this one scares me the most. Its nothing too serious just changes in bowel movements and some abdominal pain on my right side. Anyways this has me worried and I would like to purchase life insurance. I just want to avoid a situation where If I do have cancer a claim will be denied if I pass away.

I dont even have health insurance to go check yet and I wont have any until January. Ive seen some policies that ask a simple questionare and none of the questions have anything to do with my situation so I dont see how I could be denied in that setting since I answered everything truthfully. I know some are open ended when talking to agents like "Are you going to seek medical care for anything?" In that case yes I would answer truthfully that I'm going to seek medical care because I think I might have colorectal cancer. I'm assuming they would probably tell me to wait to apply after getting checked out.

I'm really lost rn please help me. Thank you!
