Relative angry they didn’t receive settlement

Earlier this year my brother passed unexpectedly. I was living with him at the time so I was the one that called 911. He was married and didn’t have any living relatives outside of me and our father. We had different mothers. Since I was the one that called the hospital when he got sick and he didn’t have power of attorney paperwork completed the hospital left the choice to me to do what’s best for him. The night I had to pull the chord on him my mother was stating she wanted to keep his car. I got angry because the timing was inappropriate. Over the last few months she’s also has been telling people she going to give them money for what reason idk. Eventually I received the life insurance settlement. When I opens the envelope it only had me listed as a beneficiary. So I called customer service and they told me I’m the only person on the policy. The check had a document attached stating this is “full and final settlement.” Before I spent the money though I verified with the company that the money was supposed to go to me because me and my father have the same first and last name. The company advised me I was the ONLY name on the policy. After the check cleared I told my parents that I received a settlement and I would give them some money. Later that day my mother was telling me the life insurance called my father stating they made an error and the check was supposed to go to my father. I called the company back in the morning and they advised me again I was the only name on the policy. I’ve talked with a lawyer and they told me it’s nothing the insurance company or my parents can do other than get upset about it. A few weeks has gone by and my mother states the insurance company is going to put a warrant out for my arrest. I’m just confused at this point because I didn’t commit a crime and I also verified with the company beforehand that the money was for me. They want me to either send the money back to the life insurance company or give my dad the money. I don’t have all of it because once they said it was mine and it cleared I started paying off my debt. Has anyone had any experience with relatives attempting to contest beneficiaries or life insurance companies saying they made an error
