Recruiting Gets A Bad Rap Even though it’s the way to Passive Income

When new agents begin their search for an IMO or FMO, they often say, "I don't want to recruit anyone." But let's be honest: that's like saying, "I want to be tied down to a paycheck for the rest of my life." Are we missing the BIG PICTURE here?

Think about it. Name one business—besides a solo practitioner—that doesn’t rely on recruitment. Your 9-to-5 job? You were recruited. The military branches you admire? They actively recruit. Even the insurance company you work for, where you might feel undervalued, recruited you!

To all new and seasoned agents: open your eyes to the power of TEAMWORK. Seek out a community that will train, support, and mentor you in building your agency. Imagine, in just five years, your agency—often mislabeled as an MLM—could be generating income that allows you to enjoy life on your terms. Commit to those five years, invest in your growth, and prioritize doing right by others.

I’m approaching my second year in this journey, and I witness incredible success stories at every convention. Millionaires, and not just 5 or 6 of them like most companies, walk across the stage because they embraced coaching and maintained an open mind. Dozens of 6 figure earners are in the same IMO!

I’ll return in 2.5 years to share the success of my strategy.

The path to your success is waiting—don’t let fear of recruitment hold you back. Embrace the opportunity and transform your future! Best of luck on your journey!
