Question on term life coverage

I am a 44 yr old male trying to get term life insurance. The only condition I have is chronic acid reflux. In the past (5+ years back), my previous gastro had misdiagnosed me with Barrett's (a complication with acid reflux that increases the risk of cancer). Since then I switched my gastroenterologist and have had multiple endoscopies that have all confirmed that I do not have Barretts. My current doctor is convinced that I was misdiagnosed earlier.

I tried getting term life quotes using PolicyGenius, but what I got was really high (~$500/mo for 25 yrs). On inquiring, I was told that this was due to the fact that Milliman report (a report used by insurers for underwriting) indicated that I have Barretts. I got a note from my current doctor claiming that I do not have the condition, but I am told that the quote will still stay the same because in the past I did have the condition. There is no way to prove a misdiagnosis.

Is it worth trying other insurers? I was told that all insurers will use the Milliman report and come up with a similar quote. Is that true?
