Paramed Exam Disaster – part two
I posted a few weeks back about my ordeal trying to get an exam done from ExamOne.
Pacific Life got copies of my paperwork and asked my agent to have me make corrections. I did this and sent the corrections back insisting that other parts of the exam (blood, urine, blood pressure, weight) be redone. Supposedly, Pacific Life was horrified by my description of what happened.
But here we are weeks later and Pacific Life (as well as my own agent) are doing little to get this right.
ExamOne insists that I return to the very same office where everything went wrong. I don’t want to go back there for obvious reasons. The staff there knows all about my complaint. They even sent me a cryptic text message with the name of a song. I think it’s some sort of passive aggressive nonsense on their part.
What would you do? Put your foot down and insist on a new location?
My agent is a family friend (my father in law is his buddy and one of his tenants) and isn’t being helpful either. He keeps trying to tell me ExamOne isn’t the problem despite all the evidence to the contrary.
