Need medical records for additional life insurance

Through my employer, I get a few hundred thousand dollars life insurance. I wanted to pay extra per pay period to have more life insurance. The insurance company sent back a letter stating that they need the following:

– medical records from a recent physical , along with medical history, vitals, and any current conditions

– blood work, along with CBC, metabolic panel and cholesterol

Must be done within the next 60 days at your expense if you don't already have this documentation. It also must be no earlier than the last 12 months. If not received within 60 days, then you must wait until next insurance enrollment period again.

I am not trying to scam the insurance but I'd love to use this time to lower my cholesterol. It's slightly high but diet related so I want to get my blood work in about a month.

Also, I am taking Zoloft for minor anxiety. I have no medical issues but does it make sense to go to a new physician that doesn't know about the Zoloft so that the insurance company doesn't hold the Zoloft against me?
