Making a claim with NobleOak

At one point or another we all go through challenging times in our lives. We’re here to help you through it. You’ve chosen us to insure your life, illness or injury event (that is, trauma event or total & permanent disability), and/or income to help you and your family through these challenges. Our commitment to you is ensuring we make the claims process as straightforward as possible to help get you back on your feet or help your family through the loss of a loved one.

How do you make claim?

You or your beneficiary can make a claim by calling us on 1300 551 044 and speaking to one of our dedicated claim administrators who will guide you through the process. They will work with you to determine the type of claim, explain the process, and clarify what information we will need to help assess your claim whilst avoiding unnecessary delays.

If you are having difficulties obtaining any information or completing the forms our team will work with you to find a solution – this may for example include help from us in trying to obtain information from third parties such as your doctor or treating specialists or even your employer on behalf of you or your family. We can assist you throughout the process.

We will allocate a dedicated claims administrator to your claim, who will contact you and work through the whole process with you. You will be provided with their contact details so you can speak with them directly should you have any questions or require assistance at any point.
