Integrity Marketing Group has hired Tom Dempsey to be its chief distribution officer.

Integrity Marketing is Dallas-based life, health and annuity distributor that has grown rapidly through acquisitions. It has relationships with about 420,000 agents.

Dempsey has been head of Transamerica Financial Network, which is Transamerica distribution arm. While at Transamerica, Dempsey helped oversee the activities of about 60,000 agents.

Early in his career, he helped run athletic programs for AmeriCorps, a public service organization. He has a bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.

Molina

Molina Healthcare — a Long Beach, California-based health insurer — has named Carolyn Ingram to be plan president of Molina Healthcare of New Mexico.

Ingram has been the company’s executive vice president of external affairs.

She was the New Mexico Medicaid director from 2003 to 2011.

She has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Puget Sound and a master’s degree in business from New Mexico State University.
