I’m stuck at Globe Life (American Income Life) and I need help NOW!!!! What’s a good insurance company to work for?

I'm a fresh college graduate and I've been having trouble getting a job in my field. I was contacted by American Income Life (Globe Life) and decided to work for them because I needed money and was desperate for a job. I barely researched the company, so I did not realize it was an MLM or a bait-and-switch company. I also did not realize I was going to be basically cold-calling all day. This was not told to me at all. I've been working for this company for over a month, and I've barely made any money thus far.

I want to work for a company where the clients are actually interested in buying life insurance. I don't want to cold call and try to chase people down to get them to buy. I don't want to have to manipulate/bait people or recruit others in order to make money. What are some good companies I can work for (preferably REMOTELY) as a new life insurance agent? Preferably, a company that at least has a base salary, if that even exists.

I'm also open to being a different type of insurance agent, such as car insurance or homeowners' insurance. If you have any suggestions for any companies/roles that may be a good fit for me, let me know, please! <3
