How much term insurance to get – Individual Case

I am a single male in late 20s and I currently have a 30 year 1M policy. I also have about 1M of savings across liquid assets, brokerage accounts, and retirement accounts. Through my work, I have about a ~400k basic life insurance plan and about ~300k of supplemental insurance. My income is about ~200k. I live a pretty frugal life style overall.

I currently don’t have any kids/dependents and no debt as of now. However, I recently had some test results that aren’t super concerning to my doctor but they did suggest getting some additional genetic testing done as one mutation was found. Before doing that, I wanted to make sure I had enough term life insurance.

While I don’t have any dependents now, I do hope to get married and have between 2-3 children. So just want to make sure I set myself up before doing further testing or even go to another checkup.

So my question is: Is the existing 1M policy I have enough given the amount of savings that I have and that will continue to grow? Or should I get additional policies? I am just worried that the company I have the existing policy with will rescind or void my first policy when they look into the second policy if they find those results. And my agent said they are probably the only company I can apply with given my health situation.

Thank you in advance for your help! I feel very uncertain about what to do…
