Dynasty Names Industry Veteran Its First Vice Chairman

Among the other executive appointments announced by Dynasty, Angela Gingras was promoted from director of operations to chief operating officer, reporting to Penney.
In her new role, Gingras will oversee operations, human resources, network compliance and technology, with operational oversight of the firm’s turnkey asset management platform. The industry veteran joined Dynasty in 2019 as director of operations.
Samantha Sullivan was promoted to director of operations, while Leslie Dentinger was raised to deputy chief technology officer. They will report to Gingras.
Also, Stacy Costner was named chief compliance officer and will lead and supervise the internal compliance efforts for the firm along with regulatory, interaction and audit functions, reporting directly to Jon Morris, Dynasty general counsel.
Gordon Ross was promoted to chief client officer. During his time at the company, he led the effort to expand the Dynasty Enterprise Group and the Advisor-to-CEO program and served as co-head of Service. In his new role, Ross will be responsible for designing and implementing Dynasty’s client coverage strategy and overseeing transitions.
Jeremy Zoladz and Caitlin Douglas will now serve as co-heads of service and transitions, reporting to Ross.
Last, Jennifer Dorgan was promoted to chief administrative officer, overseeing key administrative functions for the firm, including vendor and resource partner management. In her expanded role, she will continue to oversee key corporate finance functions, reporting to Justin Weinkle, Dynasty CFO.
