Bryan Hunsaker to Lead Integrity Marketing Contact Centers: Executive Changes

Integrity Marketing Group has picked Bryan Hunsaker, the CEO of an insurance agency it acquired, to become the president of its Integrity Contact Centers unit.
Hunsaker will oversee about 3,000 contact center agents. The agents handle 10 million customer interactions per year.
Hunsaker has been the CEO of Unified Health, a Medicare plan agency based in Sunrise, Florida, since 2017. Integrity Marketing, a Dallas-based life, health and annuity distributor that has been using private equity cash to make many acquisitions, bought Unified Health in June 2021.
Hunsaker has a bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business from the University of Utah.
Zing
Chicago-based health insurer Zing Health has picked Andrew Clifton to be its president as it continues expanding.
Clifton previously was president of Advise Insurance, a Medicare plan broker.
Before that, he spent nine years in health insurance and health care, at Cigna-HealthSpring, KPMG’s health insurance consulting practice, and Centene.
He has a bachelor’s degree from St. Louis University and a master’s degree in business from Rice.
Applied Policy
Applied Policy — an Alexandria, Virginia-based health policy and reimbursement consulting firm — has hired Steven Johnson to be its health policy director.
Johnson previously spent 12 years working at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, including as its director of the division of program alignment and communications. He helped set up the Medicare Shared Savings Program.
He has a bachelor’s degree from Grinnell and a master’s degree in urban policy analysis and management from The New School.
