Personal property covers lost, damaged, or stolen belongings. Personal liability protects you if your pet injuries a guest, if someone is injured in your unit, or if you are sued for damages. “Loss of use” coverage assists you with relocation costs if your rental becomes unlivable due to damage.

Amica life insurance review

Pros

Offers level term and whole life policy
Discount and bundling oppurtunities
Available in all 50 states

Cons

Limited add-on coverage options
No universal policies

Amica life insurance didn’t rank in J.D. Power’s life insurance customer satisfaction survey.

Amica offers level term policies, where you can pick between 10 to 30 years, and premiums stay throughout your term. However, your rates may increase after your term is up. Amica also offers a whole life policy, where the rate stays the same throughout your life. It pays out a death benefit and accumulates cash value.

The two types of life insurance are permanent life and term life. Term life insurance will only cover a specific period. When your policy is up, you can reapply for coverage. However, premiums will most likely increase as you age.

Permanent life insurance never expires, has a death benefit for your beneficiaries, and a cash value you can use during your lifetime. Some financial advisors recommend a combination of term and permanent life insurance.

Amica life insurance features

Level Term — A policy where you can select a 10, 15, 20, 25, or 30- year term with payments that stay the same throughout the entire period. Whole life – Type of permanent policy where rates stay the same throughout your life. It also accumulates cash value and pays out death benefits.
