I need help/advice… Been an agent for over 1 year now. I am great at it. When I started, however, I didn't know how the game worked. I took out a title loan and did what I had to so I could obtain my license. I am in SC. I started with an agency that had no contracts in my state. The thousand dollars I invested in leads had no ROI. I called the leads but had to transfer to someone appointed in the buyers' state. I earned $0. I am now with a non-captive agency that offers much support. No lead program though. I have not recovered from the initial loss to get a consistent lead flow or invest what I need to invest in leads for success.

I have ad campaigns and sent letters to leads 30-60 days old. Dial Dial Dial. I am not having any luck. Its Christmas. I was evicted with my 2 kids. Car repossessed. You get it. I need someone that will be a referral partner. Some kind of pay per close. I need a surefire way of getting leads without putting money upfront.
