AD&D life insurance requesting documents every 30-40 days for last 6 months instead of all at once.

Hi again. I’ve posted before about My mom passing in August 2022. The insurance company knows exactly what is needed to process this claim whether it be an approval or denial , but they are drawing this out by requesting documents that they knew they needed since the claim was filed 6 months ago. I’m learning this stuff is standard to request for MVA. Every 30-40days they send new requests asking for documents we already told them about or sent to them previously. They asked for tox report, so we had the coroner write it up, police report sent, then blood alcohol report, hospital records, but alcohol test wasn’t done because the police officer said she looked fine at time of MVA. They are asking for the blood alcohol test again when I told them there isn’t one. Is this a delay tactic? They are asking for the other beneficiaries statement to start examining the claim, when the other beneficiaries have no relationship with that person. They want to close the claim if they don’t receive the other beneficiary statement.

How can I make sure they have everything they need at this moment, to move this process along with either a denial or approval? Is this standard practice ?
