She holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD), underscoring her commitment to professional excellence. Natalie is a great asset to BELFOR and her experience is welcomed within the company.
