From its 702-hp blown V-8 to its long-travel off-road suspension, there’s plenty to like about the beastly 2022 Ram 1500 TRX—the quickest gas-powered truck we’ve ever tested and the most powerful vehicle ever to undertake our 40,000-mile gantlet. Although we’ve already subjected a current-generation Ram 1500 to our extended-use cycle, the TRX’s fun factor and performance are more than enough justification for us to recruit another one.
