These Are Your Dream Four Car Garages

These Are Your Dream Four Car Garages

I’m a big fan of orphan car makes, so….

#1 – 1966 Olds Toronado which represents GM at their peak IMO. Also in memory of my Uncle Jack, who owned SEVEN Toronados of various model years over the span of 20 years.

#2 – 1964-71 Pontiac GTO, although I am partial to the ‘67s.

#3 – Plymouth Prowler. Yes, it only has a V6; yes, it has an automatic transmission. But most people who bitch about its deficits have probably never driven one. I have and for what it is, the HP is sufficient, and my left leg is no longer up to working a clutch.

Besides, I like the styling and it turns heads, so fuck-off, haters.

#4 – Something from the ‘50s with tailfins – Plymouth, Desoto, Mercury, maybe even a Packard would be an option if I can find someone who would work on it. Possibly a ‘55 Mercury Montclair convertible, like my father once owned.

#5 – 1970 AMC Javelin, ‘cause AMC doesn’t get enough love and I’m sure i could squeeze one more car into my garage.

First of all, these companies died for a reason. Second of all, counting is not that hard.
