I’m most excited for the Hornet in terms of future cars that’ll actually come to market. It’s the first ‘new’ Dodge since 2013, and it’s actually pretty cool. Better name and better network for parts then Alfa has for the Tonale too, and a standard 2.0T? I’ve kinda wanted the newer Compass, but the Hornets seems much better to me now, so I’d rather have that!

For concepts, the Charger EV is pretty unique. People think the “exhaust” sound is dumb, but they also think pure quiet driving is dumb too, so why not amplify the noise the motors make already to make the car stand out? I just don’t know how well I feel about another Charger Daytona that possibly won’t do 200mph (after 52/53 years, you’d think we’d have a factory car do it but noooooooo, the original street Daytona’s did like 140mph, and the 50th anniversary did 194, slower than a normal Hellcat).

It’s honestly kind of wild how much cool stuff Stellantis, a company who doesn’t release very many new cars, has coming down the line. Between these two cars and the new electric Jeeps, it seems to be a new day in Michigan. I’m obviously very excited to see what else they have in store.
