If there’s one thing rich folks love, it’s accessorizing. They’re big into hats, bags, and weird little crusty-eyed dogs to put into those bags. But when you’ve just bought yourself a shiny new Bentley Batur, you need to accessorize with something a little more interesting than a Bichon Frisé-laden Chanel bag — you need something faster, louder, and more paint-matched.

2022 Was a Banner Year for Bentley

Enter Ducati, with the creatively-named Diavel For Bentley. Now, every one of those 18 Batur owners can grab themselves an accessory truly befitting their car. The grilles, wheels, and seat of the Diavel all take influence from the styling of the Batur, preventing owners from ever forgetting they own one while they’re in the presence of the other.

The Diavel For Bentley shares its specs with the standard bike, claiming 168 horsepower from its 1,158 cc V4 engine. It’s also available with a matching helmet and jacket, because all luxury brands also have to be fashion brands now. Place your bets down in the comments as to how many Ducati and Bentley logos will appear on the final pieces of apparel.

The Diavel For Bentley is a limited run bike, as befits the limited run of the Batur. Yet, while the Batur is limited to 18 production units, the Diavel For Bentley gets a run of 500 — plus an additional 50 from the Diavel For Bentley Mulliner line, which allows Bentley owners to customize the Diavel to match the spec of their car.

With so many more Diavels available than Baturs, one has to ask — will the 532 Diavel For Bentley owners who don’t own a Batur be stealing valor? Will they be looked upon as having bought a limited-run bike in a neat color, or will they appear to be simply cosplaying Bentley ownership? I hear that sort of thing is frowned upon in crusty-eyed white dog circles.
