ClaimsPro and WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd. Training Partnership

ClaimsPro and WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd. Training Partnership

LONDON, ON, JUNE 17, 2024/insPRESS/ – WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd., is pleased to announce a training partnership initiative with ClaimsPro.

ClaimsPro and WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd. are proud to announce a training partnership initiative for adjuster development. Nadine Dionne, Manager of Adjuster Training and Development at ClaimsPro, and Jill McMaster of WINMAR® Calgary have collaborated to create a supporting element for ClaimsPro’s National Adjuster Development Program, focused on IICRC methodologies and the principles of restoration.

ClaimsPro recently created this foundational learning series specifically designed for early-career Adjusters to develop key experience and technical skills required to handle claim files accurately and efficiently, including customer service, systems and processes, and industry best practices. In addition to these rigorous areas that focus on the principles of adjusting, facilitated by ClaimsPro directly, WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd. will be providing ClaimsPro’s junior and intermediate adjusters with in-person, hands-on education rooted in the influences of technology and artificial intelligence in restoration. This includes psychrometrics and the science of drying, with strategies to drive efficiencies and work cycles to reduce long-tailed claims occurrences. Closing the gap between restoration experts and claims professionals, this training partnership will assist in providing the best possible service levels to all carriers and policyholders.

WINMAR® and ClaimsPro have completed a beta test of the program in Western Canada, hosted by Toby Lawrence, Shawn Bezovie, and Gabrielle Lawrence of WINMAR® Edmonton. This initial rollout was a glowing success, and the platform will expand nationally over the next 8 months with ClaimsPro adjusters and WINMAR® offices throughout Canada.

“Training is important to continued growth in our industry and this recent collaboration marks a significant step forward in enhancing the knowledge base of contractor abilities and challenges to develop stronger adjuster skill sets in the industry,” says Glenn Woolfrey, President of WINMAR® (Canada) International, Ltd.

”ClaimsPro’s National Adjuster Development Program was designed to help guide, coach, and mentor new Adjusters,” says Nadine Dionne, Adjuster Training and Development Manager. “Our goal over time with this program is to advance and elevate the broader adjusting profession across Canada, and this partnership with WINMAR® will certainly help us achieve that target.”
