The Boston Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” program recognizes 80 extra small, small, medium, large and extra-large sized businesses across Boston and the Greater Boston area, who share their abilities and resources to create appealing workplaces. To select the winners, employees from Massachusetts-based companies participate in an anonymous survey that asks about company benefits, atmosphere, values and loyalty. The results are analyzed by a third-party research firm, and the winners are broken down into five categories based on size.
