A message from EIC Insurance

EIC Insurance

To our clients, suppliers and friends,

I trust that this email finds you and your colleagues in good health during times which are challenging and unprecedented and indeed quite frightening.

Here at EIC in Tring my primary concern is the well-being and health of my excellent team together with that of all of our Clients whom we know are being severely affected by this crisis in many ways, both emotionally and financially.

My senior management team and I have taken several steps in line with Government and NHS advice to ensure that exposure to coronavirus is as limited as possible with the postponement of all face to face meetings and we are now looking at the next steps to ensure that the continuity and levels of service you expect are fulfilled. Most of our staff are now working from home but can be contacted using the normal methods you use currently. The service levels that you currently enjoy should not be affected in any way.

EIC has been built on the service we have provided since the very first day I started at the company 11 years ago, but also for many years before this and we are determined that this virus will not get in the way of that!

I will continue to monitor and act upon any developments and implement our continuity plan accordingly ensuring that it is as close to “business as usual” as humanly possible. Our priority is that we must ensure all of our Clients renewals and queries are dealt with to make sure there are no gaps in cover and you remain protected by your current insurances, to this end you will likely receive a phone call or email to discuss and finalise renewals.

Finally, thanks again for your ongoing support – from myself and everyone at EIC Insurance, it is very much appreciated. We hope the situation improves sooner rather than later so we are all able to get back to some sort of normality.

Stay Safe,

Charlie Hicks

Managing Director
