This year, we’re bringing the country hoedown vibes to the prestigious Angus Glen Golf Club. As we approach the quarter century mark of the WICC Ontario Golf tournament, it is truly inspiring to look back on the remarkable journey this event has embarked upon. In reviewing the archives of Canadian Underwriter magazine, we discovered the initial coverage of the inaugural WICC Golf tournament in 2000. Despite the passage of several decades since the first annual golf tournament, the core message and purpose have remained steadfast – raising funds for cancer research, support, and education.
