Yet another CDHP vs. PPO question

Hi everyone, I know these are common but I want to make sure I'm choosing the best option for myself if that makes sense. This is my first job that offers insurance so I've never been in this situation.

I'm young (early 20s), healthy, and I will be able to max out my contribution to an HSA. I don't plan on needing to see any specialists this year. My only (planned) recurring medical expenses is my prescription ($400 retail), and my contacts ($950/yr). I also get vision and dental insurance from my employer, but those are included and there aren't multiple options.

CDHP with HSA – Premium: $26.44 biweekly ($687.44/yr) – Deductible: $2000 – OoP Max: $3400 – Preventative care: no charge – Everything else is 20% after deductible, including my prescription

Basic PPO with FSA – Premium: $26.44 biweekly ($687.44/yr) – Deductible: $1000 – OoP Max: $4000 – Coinsurance: 30% – Preventative and primary care: no charge – Psychiatrist/psychologist: $30 co-pay – Specialist: $60 co-pay – Urgent care: $60 co-pay – Emergency room: None (30% after deductible) – Prescription: $50 co-pay

Enhanced PPO with FSA – Premium: $57.18 biweekly ($1486.68/yr) – Deductible: $500 – OoP Max: $3000 – Coinsurance: 20% – Preventative and primary care: no charge – Psychiatrist/psychologist: $20 co-pay – Specialist: $40 co-pay – Urgent care: $40 co-pay – Emergency room: None (20% after deductible) – Prescription: $50 co-pay

My employer would make a $19.23 biweekly contribution to the HSA or FSA, which works out to $500/yr.

My thoughts are that 1) the enhanced PPO is not worth the higher premium since I am healthy and the prescription co-pay doesn't change, and 2) the CDHP would make my medicine cost significantly more, and I don't think the potential gains from getting the HSA over the FSA make up for that. In that case, the basic PPO would be my best option. Is that correct?
