Yesterday I posted asking for options. Today I got over 50 called in 20minutes…is this insurance?

So update it turns out I can not apply to my works insurance. Yesterday was the deadline and I missed it until next year. I came asking for other options with the overall conclusion being ill have to just pay full for healthcare.gov (320/month roughly) I was hoping for lower rates and am really kicking myself compared to my works 70 a month. Most of these don't even provide dental but I made this post really to point out, I was on a website and upon hitting i was interested in insurance I was bombared with over 40 calls in 20minutes mostly seeming like scams.

This scared me away from applying for health insurance and now I'm thinking it really is pay out of pocket or pay 4k for just health insurance next year. Currently trying to see how much doctor visits would be compared as 4,000 for a check up and a tooth pulled doesn't seem worth it over just out of pocketing these things.

Just wanted to share my crazy journey for insurance and tell people to be safe out there. When I asked to see information regarding the policy I was met with lines like "Private Insurance can't be looked up that's why its private" along with mood swings when I mentioned I was not comfortable giving sensitive information over the phone especially to a company I have no paper trail of even contacting besides that they called me within 3 seconds of me hitting I was interested in insurance.
