Would you use this service (possible career choice)?

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION EXCEPT FOR YOUR OPINION.
I'm considering starting a consulting business to help people navigate their insurance plans and get the most out of them. Of course, I would only be able to take on clients with realistic expectations (I can't get you a tummy-tuck on insurance), but I went through a six-month ordeal trying to find a doctor willing to prescribe the meds I had been on for over 22 years (same dosage, not dangerous drugs) although I was willing to travel up to five hours away for help.. Since then, I have not only found a doctor, but I've gotten my insurance to pay him at 100% as well as pay a nurse practitioner at 100% despite neither of these people taking insurance. I've learned a lot about how insurance works (I have two insurances) and exactly what they are required to provide.
Here is my question:
Would you be willing to pay someone a small hourly fee to get you exactly what you need out of your insurance?
All I would need is the membership book and amendments. I would not charge for the reading of the membership books relating to the case, just for time spent on the phone talking to insurance and talking with my clients. There are details need to be ironed out as this is only a concept and something I've done for free so far, but I do have a 100% success rate for those I've helped for free. Please take my poll; I'd appreciate it. AGAIN, THIS IS ONLY A SOLICITATION FOR OPINIONS. I'm not trying to sell my services as I don't even know if this kind of work is feasible. Thank you.
