Would Anaphylaxis be covered by the No Surprise Act?

My daughter recently had an anaphylactic shock. Immediately after she ate pistachio, her lips and face started swelling and started getting hives all over within 10 minutes. I gave her epipen right there and she did not have breathing problem.

We rushed to the closest ER where she was injected another Epipen, benadryl and steroid. From there, we were transported by EMS to the childrens hospital because she needed to be monitored until the medicine wears off.

Turns out, the first ER I rushed to was out of network. It was emergency and I did not have a chance to check if it was in network or not. EMS was also out of network I believe.

I researched and it seems like No Surprise Act applies for any life threatening emergency cases. I felt like anaphylaxis was life threating enough but does anybody know if the ER and EMS will be covered by the insurance? My insurance also states that "emergency cases will be treated as PPO even out of network" for ER visit and Ambulance service but the definition of "emergency cases" is unclear. Any advice would be appreciated.
