Will my monthly premiums increase if I report my husband under my household if he doesn’t need insurance?

Ok so the marketplace knows I’m married. I used to get premium tax credits when I was single but once I got married, they booted me off and I had to pay it all back. The IRS took my tax return and I owed $400 last year.

I couldn’t afford a health plan(it’s a minimum of $500 for bronze level and I’m super healthy) so I opted out this year and got lucky as I did not need it and never got hurt or sick. Well, now I’m pregnant. I need to sign up for a plan by 1/15 for coverage on 2/1. My status is “Married”(hence why I had to pay back my tax credits) but I didn’t add my husband under my household. I know it says to add them even if they don’t need coverage. But if I were to add him, would my premiums go up? He’s self employed so we have no idea what his income really is. And he doesn’t need health insurance. This plan is strictly for me and my unborn child. I haven’t picked a plan yet because I’m doing a cost analysis. The lowest Bronze plan is $509 but I’m leaning more towards a Silver or Gold. If I add him on my household will that now increase the premiums even if he doesn’t need it?

Im in NY btw.
