Will my HRA money just go unused?

I work for a small company and the deductible for our insurance plan is high ($7,000), so to make up for it the company sets up HRAs for us and that covers a good chunk of the deductible ($5,100).

I have a chronic illness and started a specialized treatment to manage it. The medication is expensive, but the drug manufacturer has a copayment assistance program. The first treatment was over $5,000 (after insurance), which was enough for me to hit my deductible in April. The drug manufacturer’s copayment assistance program covered almost everything- I only have to pay $5.

So here’s my question: there’s still about $4,000 in my HRA. Now that I’ve hit my deductible, is that just money I can’t touch? I normally would submit for reimbursement for the expensive treatment, but I’ll only actually be able to reimburse for $5. Can I put that remaining $3,995 towards anything else? Or will it just gather dust the rest of the year? Now that I’ve met my deductible my insurance covers everything 100%.
