Who do I provide my insurance info?

I recently went to a gastroenterologist for a consultation about my stomach problems and was recommended to do an endoscopy and colonoscopy. The upcoming procedure (both endoscopy and colonoscopy) will take place at an in-network facility with in-network doctor/surgeon(the gastroenterologist). They are going to use an out-of-network anesthesiologist and an out-of-network pathologist. My health insurance said they will pay the out-of-network anesthesiologist and out-of-network pathologist since the procedure is at an in-network facility with the in-network doctor/surgeon.
Now, do I need to give insurance info to just the in-network facility or to everyone involved? The gastroenterologist already has my insurance info. I'm not sure if I need to speak to the out-of-network anesthesiologist and out-of-network pathologist about how my insurance will pay them?
