Which would you choose? Bronze HSA plan or catastrophic?

Bronze plan: $330/m Covers almost nothing except preventative until deductible/OOP max ($8000) Can have HSA

Catastrophic: $270/m Covers almost nothing, but actually allows two $40 copay doctor visits. (Deductible/OOP max $9500) No HSA

Side note, I am really sad that my state marketplace has no PPOs. I'm planning on just trying to do cash pay with any doctors I need, and then if something huge happens to me like cancer or a car accident, I'll have my OOP max even with a not so great plan.

Spouse and I are both self employed/run a small biz (just us, no employees). I'm afraid of non ACA plans because I know they have different rules and also insurance sales people give me the ick.

Thanks for any advice.

Edit: The automod told me to put this stuff: I'm 27, in Nevada, and also spouse has Healthcare through VA so only I need insurance. Don't qualify for any subsidies.
