Just started a new job and having trouble which plan to chose. I am only one that will be insured. 30 years old. Don’t really see a doc often. I would be stupid to not pick one of the HSAs right? The PPO plan only has copays for PCP/SCP and Rx where deductible does not apply. Everything else is 15% coinsurance after deductible is met (including ER and UC). OOPs are similar for PPO and HSA 1700 plan. Only a 500 difference. Leaning towards the HSA 1700. Thanks in advance for any help provided.

HSA 1700 (company contributes 600) -15% coinsurance INN -Premium 75 dollars a check -Rx copays after ded. is met. -OOP max 3750

HSA 3200 (company contributes 400) -15% coinsurance INN -premium 35 dollars a check -Rx copays after ded. is met -OOP max 6400

PPO 1250 -15% coinsurance INN (only copays for PCP/SCP and Rx) -PCP/SCP $20/$30.
-Rx Retail $10/$35/$75. -Premium 75 dollars a check -OOP max 3250
