Which option appears to be the most beneficial?

The Plan

So as of this week I qualify for insurance through my employer. I’ve not held private insurance for a number of years. I just want to get some opinions based on my health, if it would be worth it?

For the last couple years I have used a tele health service. I usually schedule one splint every 3 months. It’s $26 for a visit. My wife also has about one visit every 3 months through this service for refills. Her meds cost around $45 for a 90 days supply. Mine are around $220 for three months. I am diabetic so I get my A1C and other labs every 3 months which costs around $40. We also pay $20/month for a pediatric tele health service. I know this option currently is probably cheaper, but I would like to have a regular local PCP. I also worry, that with being diabetic, something could go sideways and I could end up in the hospital which I have no coverage for.

Another option would be one of those local subscription based PCP offices. The most reputable one near me is around $150/month for a family of 4. This does not include hospital coverage either which still worries me.

This Loomis company doesn’t have great reviews so that raises some flags. Based on all of the info above, which do you feel is the most cost effective beneficial option? Thanks.
