Which health plan should I choose?

Without too much info: Im 23 with a job but not in my SET career yet. I only usually go to the doctors when im sick, but I just got surgery and will be going to post ops and physical therapy for about a year.

Which choice and then which plan is ultimately better??

1. I pay a premium under health connector and qualify for health safety net and get a no deductible plan

-$270/mo for No deductible plan: I can get Tufts Standard Gold (Tufts health direct). out of pocket max. Copays range from 20-750

Or

-$370/mo for No deductible plan: Tufts Standard Platinum (Tufts health direct). out of pocket max. Copays range from 20-750, but are lower than Standard Gold

2. I pay a premium under health connector and qualify for health safety net and get a no deductible plan

-$170/mo High deductible plan: Tufts Standard Bronze (Tufts health direct).

Or

-$100/mo High deductible plan: Tufts Standard Silver (Tufts health direct)

3. I can take health insurance at my job which is: Individual employee will be covered at 100% of premiums (100/0 cost share) both health and dental.

-Tufts Advantage HMO 2000. Deductibles are 2000 individual/4000 familiar. Some preventative services are covered before I meet deductible. Out of pocket max's 6000 individual/12000 familiar. Copays apply unless preventative.

Or

-Tufts Advantage HMO Saver 3000. 1. Deductibles are 3000 individual/6000 familiar. Some preventative services are covered before I meet deductible. Out of pocket max's 6450 individual/12900 familiar. Copays apply unless preventative.

Or

Tufts advantage PPO Saver 3000 (I think this one qualifies for HSA). Deductibles are 3000 individual/ 6000 familiar. Out of pocket max's 6450 individual/ 12900 familiar. Some preventative services are covered before I meet deductible. Copays apply unless preventative.
