Which health insurance should I pick? I mainly want to do outpatient therapy.

My old insurance plan gave me no deductible, just a copay, for outpatient therapy with a HDHP. I need help picking my new insurance plan. I don’t take medications. No chronic conditions. I just want to do outpatient therapy, I’m very healthy and am in my late 20s, and only worry about an injury that may land me in the ER. I’m leaning towards the PPO 5000 because it’ll cost me less and I will be able to afford my outpatient therapy, but I will miss having my HSA. There is an option for an FSA with PPOs though, but it doesn’t rollover.

HDHP

PPO 5000
