Which health insurance plan should I choose?

I recently got past the 90 day probation period at my new job, and they’ve given me the options for their health coverage.

I’m used to PPOs or HMOs that don’t require a referral and prefer to use ZocDoc to find whatever doctor I need without going through a PCP. I only see my PCP like 2x a year for blood work so I can get a prescription refill. I have back problems and will go to an orthopedist and physical therapy maybe 1-2x a year.

I understand the basics of an HSA though I’ve never had one and don’t want one. I’m confused on the HRA. I’m doubly confused on the plan that says both HSA and HRA.

Even my coworker/manager says the plans suck. I’m legit looking for a new job just based on how shitty their plan offerings are, but for now what plan makes the most sense?

Oh, and it doesn’t matter which plan I pick, they all have higher copays on my meds than if I buy them with no insurance. It’s like $8 more but still lol, go figure. See plans below:

BlueChoice Advantage HSA HRA Silver

BlueChoice HMO HSA SILVER

Thanks in advance for the help!! 🙏🏽
