Which Health Insurance plan is best for me?

I'm 29 and only go to the doctor if I'm seriously ill, with no regular prescriptions. I snowboard and surf, and typically choose the Anthem medium plan with an HSA for emergencies. I figure I get $1,200 of the $1,340 I spend annually back on my HSA card, which I can use for medical expenses indefinitely.
