When im 18, how can I get health insurance at its cheapest?

So in a few months I’m going to be 17. Obviously I’m a little worried about this early, but I’m on medications that I really can’t imagine having to go without.

Currently I’m on Medicaid, I live with my grandma and have my whole life although I’m not formally adopted by her, I’m still in my mom’s care. When I needed to go to the doctors, for a long time we would have to wait a week or so to find her and get her to take me because my grandma didn’t have that power. That doesn’t happen now because grandma got a paper from mom giving her medical rights over me, but that’s it. So I don’t apply to any adoptee benefits or anything like that.

My grandma gets her insurance from social security, I’m not sure which it is, it might be Medicare but I’ve asked and she told me I can’t go on her plan when I’m 18 because she gets it from the state. Considering I won’t be able to get Medicaid anymore (from what I know about it, I’m in fl btw) I’m worried.

I currently work, I’ve been working since the start of this January and make about ~800 a month, sometimes more sometimes less but about that. That’d put me at somewhere between 9,600-12000 low to high end for a year, just my guess though.

I don’t think I’ll be going to college, it’s a cost I can’t afford, I’m not great at school n frankly I don’t have any jobs in mind that I want to pursue in the future that I’d need a degree. All I know is if I go to college it’ll only be to get the alleged bonus at jobs for simply having one in the first place- I just don’t know though.

So I won’t be able to go on any college plans that I hear exist, I don’t think I’ll be able to go on my jobs as i plan to find a new one once I’m 18 so it’d be debatable, and I can’t go on my guardians. My mom is out of the question too, I don’t even think she has insurance let alone a job right now. Any advice? I’m really worried, I’m scared of going without medication I really need as recently I was late on a refill and realized just how much these medications upkeep my day to day quality.

State is Florida btw if that helps, I plan to move but that prob won’t be till I’m abt 23-26
