What type of health insurance can cover this?

I am looking to travel from canada, to the US for medical tourism, to get a surgery, and after the surgery I will stay in the US for a week or two before going back. The problem is, if during my recovery period in my airbnb, I need an ambulance because of an emergency it will probably be very expensive as healthcare in US is not free.

Is there a medical insurance company that I can contact, that will give me insurance only while I am recovering in US, that if some emergency happens after my surgery and I need to call the ambulance, they will pay for that and the hospital costs? I pay for the surgery myself, I just want insurance for emergency situation if I need an ambulance.

If so, what is that insurance company, where can I learn more about companies that do this? Will a regular travel insurance do this, and if so is there an example of a insurance that does that for someone like me from canada doing surgery in the us?

Also do I look for an insurance company based in Canada or US for this?
