What other Financial Assistance Programs are there ?

Not sure what to do or where to turn to. Feeling pretty defeated. I’ve been trying to get Dupixent covered by my insurance. However insurance keeps denying so we are currently working through our second appeal. As you all may know, working through appeals is a very lengthy process. Me and my doctor have tried to get free samples until my insurance decides to cover it, however samples are only allowed to first time Dupixent Users. I was already on Dupixent back in 2020 & were given free samples through the Quick Start Program, therefore I do not qualify for that program anymore. Then we tried to get financial assistance through Dupixent MyWay, however I have to have one Prior Authorization Denial & 3 appeal denials before I can apply for financial assistance, right now I’m only on my second appeal. I’ve looked all over Google to see if there were any organizations that could help pay for it out of pocket. Even if it’s at least only one dose. I pulled out all of my savings and still don’t have enough. Healthcare in America is terrible.

I’ve already been on every single other biologic (Teszpire, Xolair, Fasnera, Nucala, Cinqair and now we’re trying to get Dupixent). My asthma is extremely severe and every single biologic I’m on stops working after a couple of months. I’ve had 3 hospitalizations since October started. On a bunch of meds/maxed out on meds and steroids and nothing is working. I am currently bedridden , fighting to breathe every single second of the day despite taking all my meds and high dose steroids. I’m extremely miserable, scared & having daily breakthrough asthma attacks. I have a dose of Dupixent that expired back in 2021 that I am close to being desperate enough to take due to my asthma being that bad.

Me and my doctor are trying everything to get this medication before i crash again but insurance is making it extremely difficult. I honestly don’t know if I’m going to make it until then. I guess my question to all of you is if anyone knows about any programs where i can get immediate financial help for Dupixent? Or even if anyone has any extra shots laying around I’d be happy with that too. Please don’t judge me, I’m just someone who is currently crying for help & who is looking for advice on where I could get help 😭

Also might I add, I have Eosinophilic Asthma and considered Severe Persistent. My lung function is currently in the 50s, I’m on Breztri, Prednisone (70 mg), Budesonide , Singulair , Xyal and Duoneb.
