What options are there for mental health medication mgmt providers for Oregon OHP or reasonably priced out of pocket?

I recently moved to Oregon and am on careoregon and I’ve reached out to over 30 mental health providers with no luck of finding anyone taking new clients. In-person out-of-network providers seem to be minimum $300 out of pocket, which, I’m on OHP for a reason, I can’t afford that. I have looked into online services like cerebral that are out-of-network but overall fairly affordable, but they’re all monthly services. I have been stably on my current meds regimen for years and when I briefly moved to California and was insured through covered california, I was able to get an appointment w a prescriber that sent in a script for me with 3 refills. Are there any reasonably priced, single-appt services that I could get a 90 day (or more) prescription from without locking me into a monthly deal?

Would these services these online ones potentially be eligible for reimbursement by careoregon/OHP? And also, what are the chances that these local out-of-network practices being reimbursed if I file a claim for the appointments and medication? After so many calls with careoregon and all the various providers, I am drowning in insurance jargon, and the careoregon reps I talk to on the phone are all uselessly vague and/or refuse to put the jargon in layman’s terms that I can understand. Please help!
