What is a good (American) health insurance family plan if in Heart Failure?

Please delete if not allowed— I just didn’t know where else to turn. I was recently diagnosed with heart failure after the birth of my daughter. My husband and I are trying to find an insurance that won’t completely break us (we are currently low income because of my illness, but unable to receive state sponsored health and I have recently been dropped from Medicaid. Husband is VA).

Does anyone have any suggestions with insurance companies, or does anyone know an unbiased party I could reach out to that might guide me to the right insurance? I’m very nervous, as I cannot go without my medication and I will need routine scans and blood work.

Thanks for reading. We have a newborn and everything is terrifying right now.

TLDR: State medical dropped us right after I developed heart failure and I need an affordable plan as I learn how to manage this illness. My daughter will also need it for routine checkups.
