What do I do?
I have a plan I don't like. I was told I am still in Open Enrollment due to my income.
I contacted get covered nj. They said to call my provider (which I knew was not correct). My provider, Amerihealth, obviously said they need to get the funding from somewhere, and to call NJ Human Services.
I called Human Services. They said to do it online. I go to do it online, I'm locked out of the account. I called get covered nj, they say contact Human Services. I faxed Human Services in hopes to reach someone other than whom I have been talking to all these weeks.
I have had our State Senator's office involved, but the lady in that office has gotten nowhere. I had Federal Senator Bob Menendez's office involved, but they stopped responding to me.
I am literally at the point where my wife and I have medication at CVS we can't afford to pick up with our current plan and I am canceling doctor's appointments that I can not afford.
I have no idea what to do, and I am getting the run around.
To back this up a little, I had Medicaid until 6/1. I made my appointments after being told I was renewed, but then got a letter saying I was dropped.
