What are my options moving forward after being misinformed by my Health Insurance Company?

So I am enrolled in a Healthfirst plan, and after visiting a specialist, I was told to do an MRI.

Now I have not yet met my deductible, so I was really hesitant on performing the MRI because I did not want to pay a large sum at this time (as the injury I possess isn't a severe one). As a result, I decided to call my insurance's member service's line and inquire about my financial cost in getting an MRI done and the potential cost of it. To my surprise, I was told by two different agents that I would not have to pay for the MRI and the insurance would cover it. I was very puzzled and confused by this, so as I talked with the second agent, I repeatedly questioned if they're certain that I would have no financial obligation, and they repeatedly stated I wouldn't. I have the conversation recorded, and given that two different agents were stating the same thing, I decided to go get it done.

Well, I was billed for the MRI with a hefty amount, and after calling Healthfirst and wasting 5 hours going back and forth and stating that I was misinformed from their end, they insist that I am responsible for the amount.

Is there any case or route I can take to somehow get this amount resolved given that I was misinformed? I understand that at the end of the day I am responsible for the amount, but I'm really frustrated that the misinformation is not being considered.
