What are my best options for health insurance? Possibly urgent.

I turned 26 in 2022 and was taken off my parents' health insurance plan and haven't been looking for a new plan, which I know was extremely stupid. I have recently been suffering from several symptoms that could potentially point towards cancer and I'm terrified, and I want to get on an insurance plan as soon as possible.

I'm 27, trans girl but biologically male, no relationship/spouse or kids and I live with my parents in Tennessee, USA, zip code 38002. I have autism, high functioning, I don't know if that would make a difference. I honestly don't know if my parents count me as a dependent on our taxes but they probably do as they file my taxes for me. I work at Dollar General and my schedule and hours fluctuates a lot from week to week but a generous estimate of how much I'll make this year is probably $20,000 at most. I haven't worked any 40 hour weeks and it's safe to say I'll never be scheduled any 40 hour weeks so I don't qualify for insurance through my employer. I don't know if I qualify for medicaid/Obamacare/any sort of financial assistance but I'm desperate to get on a plan as soon as possible so I can at the very least get my health checked out and not die if it is something serious. Absolutely any advice welcome.
