Washington state insurance for a diabetic?

I’m not entirely sure if this is the right forum to ask this, or heck even if I’m using the app correctly. However, I’ve come to a dead end in the other places I’ve searched for information and my fiancés doctors don’t have any info that helps. My fiancé (26f) is currently covered under state insurance. She is a type 1 diabetic. She has a lot of insulin delivery equipment (CGM, Omnipods, and various other things that make her life and health easier). Her state insurance currently covers all of that. However we’ve been holding off getting married because she would lose that state insurance, and I make average money but not nearly enough to cover everything she would need if she lost that coverage. She looked into one insurance company but they didn’t cover her omnipods, and she would have to go back to poking and injecting her insulin every time she needed it/ate. We are more than willing to pay for a reasonable premium, however if the options for us getting married are her having to inject her insulin for the rest of her life or us barely scraping by to cover an insane insurance premium, I don’t feel like it’s fair for me to ask her to do that.. So I guess my question is, is there any insurance companies specifically in Washington state, that anybody knows of that work well with diabetics and also possibly cover omnipods? We’ve been engaged for a few years now and have a son together and I just want my sons mother to share the same last name as him. Thank you for any and all information.
