Was I scammed? (Innovative Partners)

I signed up and was approved for ga medicaid (p4hb) in March of this year. I enrolled in paperless delivery with notifications about my account to stay easily updated on changes. For the most part, I only got text messages about seminars I can attend if I have any questions and things like that, but I got a text message saying that some changes had been made to my health plan. I called the number and they said that since I had not verified my income and address, I now owe them 300 dollars for the months of July and August. I thought this was weird as I know that I had to submit documents to verify everything to even be approved for medicaid, but they lady on the phone was telling me that if I don’t pay off the debt by 5pm that day (this was like at 4:50pm), it was going to reflect on my credit score. I’m young, naive, and am currently trying to build my credit score because I’m in my early twenties so I gave her my credit card info to charge. I immediately called my bank and asked them to monitor the charge as I will verify if it is legit on Monday when the office opens. The agent said that GA medicaid bills through innovative partners, but I can’t find anywhere online that confirms that. Did I just get scammed or is this a real thing? I also never used the insurance.
